About the Company:

Our client is an established Canadian manufacturer specializing in premium custom saunas, sauna rooms, heating systems, and wellness products for residential and commercial applications.

As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Team Lead/Sauna Installer to join their team!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate sauna installation projects from start to completion
  • Perform high-quality finish carpentry and installation work at residential and commercial job sites
  • Install custom and prefabricated sauna components, including wall and ceiling panels, benches, doors, trim, and related finishes
  • Review drawings, measurements, specifications, and site conditions to plan installations
  • Lead, train, and support junior installers while delegating work effectively
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and other trades throughout installations
  • Troubleshoot site and installation issues and implement practical solutions
  • Ensure projects meet timelines, quality standards, and health and safety requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in finish carpentry, millwork, cabinetry installation, architectural woodwork, or similar construction work preferred
  • Strong hands-on carpentry, measuring, cutting, fitting, and finishing skills
  • Previous experience leading or supervising installers, carpenters, or construction crews
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot installation challenges independently
  • Experience with custom millwork, cabinetry, architectural woodwork, premium wood products, or high-end finishes is considered an asset
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer-facing skills
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation with the ability to travel to job sites
  • Must be physically capable of performing hands-on installation work and lifting materials
  • Must be flexible with working hours based on project schedules and installation requirements
