Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for supporting others in a busy, professional environment.
You’ll be working alongside a team of sales consultants, providing essential administrative and marketing support to help them deliver exceptional service to their clients. About the Role
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to a team of sales consultants
- Prepare marketing appraisals, submissions, and prelisting kits
- Manage listing paperwork, data entry, and online publishing
- Liaise with the marketing team for property marketing requirements
- Prepare Sale and Purchase Agreements
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and general office tasks
Key Skills and Attributes
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator with strong written English skills
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Team-focused, positive, and adaptable
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills
- Deadline driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Technical Skills
- Experience in Indesign preferred, but not essential
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and digital tools
