Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 base + up to 25% bonus

Our client, a well-established and growing CPA firm, is seeking a Tax Senior to join their collaborative, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review federal and multistate tax returns for partnerships, corporations, S corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.

  • Manage client engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring timely and accurate filings.

  • Research and resolve complex tax issues, including multi-state and pass-through entity matters.

  • Collaborate with partners and team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and client advisory services.

  • Supervise, mentor, and review work performed by staff accountants and interns.

  • Maintain proactive communication with clients to strengthen long-term relationships and ensure high satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.

  • Active CPA license or CPA eligibility preferred.

  • 3–8 years of experience in public accounting, including review-level exposure.

  • Proficiency with CCH Axcess or similar tax preparation software.

  • Experience with high-net-worth individuals, family groups, and private investment entities.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
