We seek a Tax Principal capable of providing leadership to Top 200 firm's tax services in the central Florida area. Staffing support for these clients will be provided by the firm's larger footprint in the southeast region, especially from the headquarters office in Alabama. If you seek an equity partnership role, this is certainly a fast track to achieve it.

Success Profile for this Tax Principal:

• Top 100 firm experience
• CPA firm experience in the 10–15-year range
• Broad industry experience, or specialized in more than one of these significant regional industries serviced:
+ Citrus, Trucking, Nonprofit
• Ideally some life history - lived, worked, educated - in Tampa or Orlando or Polk County areas
• High learning agility
• Very relational – both internally and externally
