Our client, a boutique CPA firm, is seeking an experienced Tax Preparer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys delivering high-quality service in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations

  • Assist clients with bookkeeping and accounting needs as required

  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear and professional communication

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accuracy and timely completion of deliverables

Qualifications:

  • CPA or EA designation (or actively pursuing)

  • Minimum of 3 years of tax preparation experience

  • Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively

  • Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
