Tax Manager

Tax Manager sought for a flexible, professional regional CPA firm, seeking an experienced tax professional with public accounting firm experience, to assume a book of clients in Tuscarawas and Stark counties. Successful candidate will offer knowledge and experience with Ohio companies in a variety of industries. Seeking a CPA who could work closely with senior leadership in this office while helping to manage the team and the client relationships. Ideally, a person involved with and committed to the eastern Ohio business community.

The Role of the Tax Manager:

• Takes ownership of client relationships
• Assumes a client book of business over time
• Leads others within the office tax team
• Supports and refers to others within the firm's tax services network

- Background Profile:

• Tax services provider to private companies, S-corps, pass-throughs, and high-net-worth individuals
• 5+ years' experience in public-accounting tax services
• Develops and maintains client relationships
• Organizational savvy, can lead a team
• Understands the importance of face-to-face conversation
• Familiarity with a of variety of industries in Ohio markets
• Solid written and oral communication skills
• Excellent personnel development and delegation skills
• CPA license required
