Tax Manager - Spring House, PA (Greater Philadelphia)
Who: An experienced tax professional with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex engagements.
What: Lead tax planning, consulting, and compliance engagements while overseeing staff development and maintaining strong client relationships.
When: Hiring immediately to support the growing Spring House, PA market.
Where: Spring House, Pennsylvania on a hybrid schedule (2–3 days per week in office).

Position Overview:
The Tax Manager will oversee multiple client engagements, prepare and review complex tax returns across a wide range of entities, resolve technical issues, and support business growth while developing and mentoring tax staff.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage multiple tax engagements and provide strategic planning, consulting, and compliance recommendations.
● Prepare and review complex returns for high-net-worth individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and nonprofit organizations.
● Review team members’ work for accuracy, completeness, and budget alignment.
● Maintain and grow client relationships in collaboration with managers and partners.
● Mentor, coach, and develop staff across all levels.
● Resolve technical tax issues and respond to IRS and state authority inquiries.
● Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client deliverables.
● Identify additional service needs and introduce relevant firm offerings.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
● Active CPA license required.
● 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.
● Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and tax authority standards.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet challenging deadlines.
● Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
● Proficiency with tax software and strong overall computer skills.
