Position Overview:
The Tax Manager will manage diverse tax engagements, oversee corporate and partnership compliance, evaluate complex U.S. reporting requirements, guide staff development, and collaborate closely with leadership to support a growing client base.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage Federal tax compliance for corporations, partnerships, and disregarded entities.

Oversee state and local tax compliance requirements.

Evaluate U.S. tax treaty implications and reporting requirements including FATCA, foreign withholding, and foreign tax credits.

Operate with high autonomy while collaborating within a team-focused environment.

Train, mentor, and motivate staff to support their technical and professional growth.

Conduct tax planning, research, and technical analysis.

Support client service delivery with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills & Experience:

5–7 years of professional tax experience.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Taxation or a related field.

Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with practice leaders.

Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

People-oriented approach with the ability to train and develop staff.

Excellent planning, research, writing, and communication skills.
