Tax Manager

Title: Tax Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 base salary
20% bonus potential

In this position you will support the Vice President of Tax in a range of tax functions at this over $10B company. Some highlights include:

• Supervise 3 tax staff and seniors who prepare the federal and state compliance.
• Manage the federal return process, then later the quarterly and annual provisions.
• Assist the VP on tax planning projects.
• Some initial projects will include accounting method reviews, acquisition analysis and a legal entity consolidation project.
• Oversee bringing the federal tax provision back in-house over the next 2 years.
• Learn then assist the VP with international tax and transfer pricing issues.
• Assist in federal and state audit defense.

Experience:
4+ years large corporate or Big 4 tax experience
