Tax Manager

Tax Manager sought with a flexible, professional and growing regional CPA firm, seeking an experienced tax advisor/consultant to assume a substantial book of clients for an office in downtown Pittsburgh. Successful candidate will offer knowledge and experience with companies in the western PA region in a variety of industries. Seeking a CPA who would be open-minded to an opportunity for more flexible working arrangements and with a strong commitment to client service, and who could help to grow the practice for a Top 50 firm. Ideally, a person involved with and committed to the central Ohio business community.

The Role of the Tax Manager:

• Takes ownership of client relationships
• Assumes and helps to grow a client book of business over time
• Manages and mentors others within the office tax team
• Collaborates with other tax specialties within the firm's tax services organization

Background Profile:

• Tax services provider to private companies, S-corps, pass-throughs, and high-net-worth individuals
• 5+ years' experience in Big Four or large regional professional service firm
• Develops and maintains engaged client relationships
• Organizational savvy, can lead a team
• Familiarity with a of variety of industries in western PA markets
• CPA license required
