In this role you will manage the tax accounting, reporting and provision for a multi-billion dollar, public company. Reporting to the head of tax, and supervising one tax senior. A few highlights include:
- Supervise 1 direct report.
- Oversee the global consolidated tax provision process.
- You will own both the domestic and international tax provision.
- Ensure compliance with ASC 740.
- Assist the Tax VP on planning projects aimed at lowering the ETR.
- Perform tax research, and look for ways to lower the effective tax rate.
- Assist the federal compliance manager on the federal return if needed.
Requirements:
- 5 year's federal tax experience
- Prior tax accounting experience
