Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including social media management, job boards, campus recruitment, and cold calling.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo to track applicant flow and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success within the organization.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on employment & labor law compliance.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs or campus recruitment events to enhance talent pipeline.
  • Manage internal recruiting processes including employee orientation, employee evaluation, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HRIS platforms like SAP PeopleSoft or UltiPro to streamline onboarding processes and employee data management.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR sourcing techniques, employment contracts, and labor regulations to ensure legal compliance.
  • Develop lead generation strategies for passive candidates through research and social media outreach.
  • Support training & development programs aimed at enhancing hiring team skills in interviewing and relationship management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting roles with a focus on technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions effectively.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with HRIS systems like Kronos or UltiPro is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance during all stages of recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with hiring managers across diverse teams.
  • Experience with social media management for employer branding and candidate sourcing.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HR tools such as Salesforce, ADP, Paychex, or UltiPro for payroll and employee data management.
  • Strong research skills for lead generation and market analysis related to talent acquisition strategies.
  • Commitment to continuous learning in HR sourcing techniques, training & development practices, and talent management trends.
