  • Development of and continued maintenance of local training dashboard and tracker
  • Reporting of KPIs related to recruitment and training (turnover, diversity, time to hire, etc)
  • Completion of administrative tasks related to tracking of full time employees (headcount reviews, updating of organizational charts, organizational announcements related to talent, etc)
