Talent Development & Employee Experience Manager
We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Development and Employee Experience Manager. The Talent Development and Employee Experience Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs and initiatives focused on talent development, employee engagement, and overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent development strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning experiences to enhance employee skills, competencies, and career development opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and development needs within the organization.
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
- Conduct management coaching session.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment, improve employee satisfaction, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Design and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance and contributions.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and positive experience for new employees.
- Conduct employee surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gather insights and identify areas for improvement in the employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to talent development and employee relations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent development and employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in talent development, learning and development, coaching or related HR roles.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing talent development programs and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
