Job Description
Our Talent Acquisition Recruiters are responsible for talent recruiting, talent sourcing, fulfillment, and operations activities for Northeast, Southwest, Southeast, Mid-west, and Western assigned territories respectively.
As a Mid or Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter you will be responsible for:
- Candidate recruitment - Temporary & direct hire talent sourcing, phone and web video interview evaluation of Candidates, recruiting potential candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter Pro, job boards, extensive national internal database, social media networking, job ad posting and referrals. Key responsibilities will be to conduct video screening and interviewing of prospective talent evaluating technical & interpersonal soft skills, work history, geographic location, salary requirements and intake notes. Additionally, Talent Recruiters will be responsible for Candidate retention, developing, gathering data and maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified talent.
- Job requirement placement activities - Identify and recommend best matched Candidates to fill open Employer Client temporary consulting & direct hire job requirements. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will conduct professional and personable follow up with current on engagement Temporary Consultants or recently placed Direct Hire Talent Professionals in order to ensure exceptional customer service. Talent Acquisition Recruiters will be responsible for resolving any Client Candidate or Employer Client service issues that may arise with professionalism, swiftness and a personable touch.

Qualifications & Requirements for Position:
- The financial sustainability to support yourself during the ramp up period of 3 to 4 months without base salary or draw program.
- A proven track record of success in previous positions held.
- Must be able to work on a 100% commission basis to start with a goal to graduate to base salary + benefits and profit sharing after portfolio of personal business is established.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting finance, technology, human resources or related fields is desired but not required.
- Minimum 3 or more years of successful staffing industry experience.
- Proven experience recruiting talent in the following disciplines: Accounting Finance, IT/IS Technology, Project Management, Human Resources, Administrative Support or related.
- Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- Basic to intermediate MS Office Suite software experience.
- CRM/ ATS system experience a big plus but not a must.
- Self-motivated, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills required.
- Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
- Must exhibit problem-solving skills, a strong desire to succeed, and internal drive.
- Must be closely aligned with company mission, vision and values.
