Overview:
GRC Executive is conducting a high-priority search for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join a leading client based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This client partners with and holds equity in a portfolio of high-growth ventures across multiple industries. This is an on-site, high-impact role focused on mid-management, high-volume recruitment.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, tech-savvy recruiter who can manage multiple requisitions, deeply understand client needs, and deliver high-quality talent using modern tools and techniques.
What You'll Do:

Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-management roles across diverse industries.

Serve as a key partner to internal hiring managers—listening, advising, and executing with precision.

Utilize ATS and CRM tools to manage and nurture pipelines for current and future roles.

Source proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, events, internal databases, and other tools.

Create and improve recruitment workflows and track job ad performance metrics.

Participate in job fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.

Communicate clearly and professionally in English—both verbally and in writing.

Bring a headhunter mindset—persistent, curious, and always willing to turn over every stone.
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume or multi-client environments.
-
Proven success in mid-level hiring across various industries.
-
Strong experience with CRM and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Bullhorn, Lever, etc.).
-
Outstanding English communication skills (spoken and written).
-
Strong organizational skills and a proactive, independent work ethic.
-
Familiarity with the Puerto Rico job market is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $55,000+ (depending on experience)

Performance bonus: 20% of base salary
