Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in sourcing talented individuals with a passion for serving others. This position screens, interviews, and recommends prospective employees for employment at all levels in the organization and determines the optimum recruitment method to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool.


Responsibilities

  • Communicates with hiring managers to identify job openings and the requirements for those positions
  • Ensures that each candidate has an exception experience through the talent acquisition process with the organization
  • Executes full cycle recruiting for positions including sourcing, networking, resume review, screening, interviewing and employment offers
  • Coordinates and manages the pre-hire onboarding process for a selected candidate
  • Develops and implements recruiting plans for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent in the market
  • Develops a pipeline of candidates through research sources, database sourcing, internet tools, social media, networking, and other proactive sourcing techniques
  • Generates regular updates for leadership about upcoming talent acquisition marketing initiatives and communicates regularly with leadership to get a clear view of the company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Works closely with leadership to develop creative ways to address talent acquisition challenges and suggests new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
  • Supports the management of talent acquisition sources and integrations


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition partner
  • Experience with online search tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with HR technology and applicant tracking systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office
  • Detail oriented and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships
