Join our team as a Proposal Manager in the rapidly growing security sector, located in Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ. This role requires a seasoned professional with a knack for strategic proposal leadership and management. In this position, you will oversee the entire proposal life cycle, ensuring that all proposals align with strategic goals and comply with governmental requirements. Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage all aspects of the proposal preparation process, ensuring tight schedules and critical deadlines are met.
• Partner with the Capture Manager to develop strategic approaches that align with company objectives and ensure proposal compliance and effectiveness.
• Orchestrate and conduct review sessions for interim and final reviews of all proposal facets: technical, managerial, and cost.
• Coordinate the efforts of different team members involved in proposal development, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure the integration of information and themes that highlight our technology leadership in the proposed solutions.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferable, with a minimum of 6-8 years relevant managerial experience in proposal management or related fields.
• Active Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance at the time of hire.
• Proven track record of managing and winning complex, strategic proposals within a high tech, high-security environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the current and evolving defense marketplace, including key missions and technological trends.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to government clearance requirements.
• Substantial experience in overseeing diverse teams and projects to successful outcomes under stringent timelines.
