Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Systems/Zendesk Administrator to join a growing company outside of the Orlando area. This is a contract to potential hire position that will work off a hybrid onsite schedule with 2-3 days remote.

The Systems/Zendesk Administrator will support initiatives within Customer Success and Supplier Enablement departments to drive efficient and integrated processes improve customer experience support and improve operations insight to make better business decisions.

Responsibilities / Experience:

  • 3-5 years of Systems Administration experience, and preferably with SaaS applications.
  • 3-5 years of Zendesk administrator experience. Including knowledge of Zendesk Support-for tracking requests, Guide-for knowledge base content, and Explore- for analytics and KPI tracking.
  • Design, develop, and implement new configurations and customizations for Zendesk – including leveraging third party apps and APIs to streamline operations and optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with the monitoring and analyzing of Zendesk metrics and Key Performance Indicators to identify trends, areas for improvement, and optimize the customer experience.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues that arise within customer experience tooling systems such as Zendesk. Salesforce is a plus.
  • Administer and implement strategies for managing service delivery incidents and communicate effectively with customers during downtime or service interruptions.
  • Ability to communicate vision, strategy, and project status to leadership.
  • Track and lead Zendesk configuration changes. Including Maintain up-to-date process documentation for Zendesk.
