Systems Engineer
Develop and manage IoT systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the Husky Advantage+Elite monitoring system. Oversee the installation of IIoT devices and networks in industrial settings to ensure system compatibility and efficiency in data collection and processing.
Key Responsibilities
•Designing, developing, and implementing IoT devices and systems with software and network interfaces.
•Creating robust IoT architectures that ensure secure and reliable data flow between devices and platforms.
•Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, hardware engineers, and data scientists, to define system requirements and deliver comprehensive IoT solutions.
•Conducting research and development to explore new IoT technologies, platforms, and methodologies to drive innovation within the organization.
•Testing and validating IoT systems to ensure stability, efficiency, and security, and to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
•Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data privacy, security, and device interoperability.
Technical/Professional knowledge, skills and abilities:
•Data driven, systematic approach to problem solving

•Good organizational skills and ability to work independently and interact effectively and professionally with customer
•Ability to interface effectively across manufacturing, engineering and service functions
•Specialized knowledge of networking products, tools, standards, processes and technology.
•Data-Driven AI Development – Transforming raw data into actionable insights through model selection, feature engineering, and performance tuning
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Controls/Software Engineering preferred, or equivalent.
Related experience:
• 3+ years of design experience in a relevant industry.
