- Provides enterprise-scale imaging technology designed to replace or consolidate legacy systems.

- Integrates advanced workflow, archiving, and AI capabilities within a single, flexible platform.
Position Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support products and solutions, both remotely and at customer facilities.
- Configure DICOM and HL7 interfaces, and integrations with third-party products, as defined in each project scope.
- Present technical status updates to the project team.
- Answer telephone “hotline” and written or internet-based inquiries from customers.
- Respond to detailed customer inquiries concerning system installation and operation, problem diagnosis and resolution, systems software, and applications.
- Isolate and analyze hardware and software problems in collaboration with customers and report findings to appropriate personnel for resolution.
- Recommend solutions to customer application questions, including software and hardware workarounds.
- Maintain a log of issues so that recurring problems can be reported to product development.
- Provide follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications.
- Train, both remotely and at customer facilities, Level 1 and Level 2 support resources on the use and support of products and systems.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to define and document detailed system requirements.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree in a technical or scientific subject or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Administration Linux, Windows Server, SQL Server, networks, DICOM / HL7, medical imaging, software development, scripting languages (Perl, PHP, Bash, etc.).
- Ability to understand architectural aspects of the company’s products.
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer focus.

- Highly motivated.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of healthcare informatics or related experience (10+ years required for Senior level).
- Proficiency in German preferred; other languages are a plus.
