System Program Manager Integrated Care Behavioral

This award winning national health care leader has an opening for a special Behavioral Health professional to lead the integration efforts of one of the largest and most successful healthcare systems in the United States.

The Program Manager of Integrated Care, supports deployment of integrated mental healthcare services and addiction care throughout the System including primary care/ambulatory environment and includes the development and implementation of evidence-based screenings for mental health and developing and supporting innovative approaches. The Program Manager will develop business plans specific to the mental health and addiction service line, coordinate and monitor outcomes related to services provided and will support continuing quality improvement functions under the direction of the Administrative Director, Integrated Care. Provides behavioral health support including training and education of providers.

Qualifications

Education

 

  • Ph.D/Psy. D required

Experience

 

  • 3-5 years Must have at least five years of administrative and supervisory experience in the primary care/ambulatory environment
  • 3-5 years Evidence of strategic, innovative thinking, business development and successfully delivering service change/improvement initiatives required.
  • Experience working in complex environments
  • 3-5 years Experience with and understanding of primary care/behavioral health integration
  • 3-5 years BH Professional must have experience and knowledge of care integration and maintains knowledge of current evidenced-based and best practices
