This hospital system is a not-for-profit tertiary medical facility that has 3 hospitals in the area.

The System Director of ER Overheads a busy & exciting team, responsible for facilitating an atmosphere of interactive hands one management and the development of relationships among hospital staff. The System Director of Emergency coordinates activities between defined areas and provides clinical and administrative leadership and expertise. Has major responsibility for the implementation of the vision, mission, plans, and standards of the organization and nursing services within their defined areas of responsibility. This Position will reports to System CNO.

Qualifications Requirements:

• BSN & Current licensure as an RN.
• Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider and ACLS.
• Minimum requirement: Five years clinical ER experience.
