System Director, Revenue Cycle - CLOSED

Penn Highlands Healthcare, an integrated health system located in northwest Pennsylvania, featuring four hospitals and approximately 3,500 employees, has an outstanding opportunity for a System Director Revenue Cycle. Morgan Hunter HealthSearch has been retained to conduct this key search.

The System Director Revenue Cycle is a newly created position, reporting to the Corporate Vice President Revenue Cycle. The position, for the first 12-18 months, will focus on project management, software evaluation and implementation/integration, as well as shadowing the VP to better understand the growing health system and assist in maintaining efficient operations throughout all entities. Eventually, this position will most likely directly oversee departments and be in line to succeed the VP.

Ideal Candidates are software-focused, have a good understanding of the entire revenue cycle (especially front-end processes), and will bring strong project management skills. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, as is excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and prior management experience. A consulting background will also be considered.

Penn Highlands Healthcare is an integrated health system consisting of four hospitals (Penn Highlands Brookville, Penn Highlands Clearfield, Penn Highlands DuBois and Penn Highlands Elk) with a combined 484 beds, a home health agency, two cancer centers, two surgery centers, a heart center, a lung treatment center, broad behavioral health services, nine urgent care centers, a long-term care facility (138 beds) and a senior residential living facility, all providing care to a twelve-county service area.
