Our client is a comprehensive, fully integrated, healthcare delivery system that serves the greater North Shore and Illinois communities with several hospitals, over 900 licensed beds and too many awards to list!

They have engaged our firm to find their next Home Services executive to take their home health and hospice service levels to the next level!

In this role, the selected candidate will:

  • The purpose of this job is provide overall direction to Home and Hospice Services, in accordance with the standards of the Health System and all federal, state and local laws. The position reports to the Senior Vice President.

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor degree in healthcare or business required, Master's degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or administrative experience with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health or in a related provider program.
  • Knowledge of Illinois Department of Public Health, Home Health, CMS and Hospice Agency Regulations and Accreditation Standards for Home Health and Hospice Agencies (JCAHO or CHAP) strongly preferred.
