The Bidder’s proposed resource must have greater than 10 years professional work experience within the last 15 years, from the date of bid closing, working as an ERP Systems Analyst in an IM/IT environment. The bidder must demonstrate this experience by providing a detailed résumé, outlining work experience under relevant projects where the resource has worked as an ERP Systems Analyst in an IM/IT environment.

a) Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years professional work experience in each of the following:

• Using Azure Dev Ops for task assignments and progressing task workflows.
• Assessing user requirements, function/technical needs of a system.
• Implementing user requirements in Power Platform and/or Dynamics CRM and/or Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Development of technical documentation such as functional and system specifications.

b) Each project must include the following information:

1. Client Organization Name;
2. Client contact name and title;
3. Timeframe (start and end dates);
4. The project name;
5. Level of effort worked;
6. A description of the work performed.
   
   

c) The Bidder must include the brief description in the technical grid response or map the description in the proposed resource’s résumé.

M2

The Bidder must demonstrate, using project details, that the proposed resource has a minimum of 24 months experience, within the last 84 months from the date of bid closing, working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online version 9.0.0 or newer.

Each demonstrated project must include the following information:

1. Client Organization Name;
2. Client contact name and title;
3. Timeframe (start and end dates);
4. The project name;
5. Level of effort worked;
6. A description of the work performed.

The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a diploma or degree from a *recognized institution in a related business or technology (IM/IT) discipline.

To demonstrate, the Bidder must provide a copy of the resource’s degree or diploma.

The Bidder should demonstrate the proposed resource has professional work experience working on Power Platform and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Dynamics 365 designing and implementing projects for a case management system.

The scoring is based on the duration of the experience:

• Equal to 10 years: 0 Points
• Greater than 10 years but less than 12 years: 5 Points
• Equal to or greater than 12 years but less than 15 years: 10 Points
• Equal to or greater than 15 years: 20 Points

P2

The Bidder should demonstrate the proposed resource has professional work experience in an IT development environment that follows an agile methodology, using a tool such as Microsoft TFS or Azure DevOps to help manage the development cycle.

To be awarded points, each demonstrated project must include a description of the resource’s role in the agile process and the tool that was used.

The scoring is based on the duration of the experience:

• Less than 1 year: 5 Points
• Equal to or greater than 1 year but less than 2 years: 10 Points
• Equal to or greater than 2 years but less than 3 years: 15 Points
• Equal to or greater than 3 years but less than 4 years months: 20 Points
• Equal to or greater than 4 years months: 25 Points
