They are currently accepting applications for an Account Manager- Swine in Ontario; someone who has extensive swine industry knowledge and who thrives on exceeding targets.
In this influential home-based office role, you will perform a consultative sales and service function to swine producers, promoting and selling complete feed and premix products and programs, evaluating results, and providing trouble shooting and problem-solving services. As you expand your customer base and improve sales volumes and margins, you will maintain and enhance customer and community relations on behalf of the company. You will work closely with existing clients to maximize market potential and brand loyalty while seeking out new sales opportunities and achieving elevated benchmarks for growth. Your success in this role will enable the company to meet overall sales objectives in this category.
Your qualifications will include:
- Demonstrated technical and practical knowledge of swine production, and
- A proven history of high sales success rates with key decision makers.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation and B to B sales and
- Ability to effectively and efficiently manage a sales territory; you seek a win/win outcome in all sales activities.
- Excellent relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills, combined with strong organization skills, attention to detail and proficient computer skills will further ensure your success in this role.
- An agricultural-based degree or diploma is required.
