Our client, a Leading Swimwear Company, is seeking a Senior Designer to work across girls and juniors. “sweet hand, with a junior edge :

Responsibilities:

• Developing color/inspiration boards
• Researching trends and developing a full collection from concept through final product
• Designing sketches by hand and computer
• Attending prototype fittings; providing commentary on the garment’s fit and design
• Communicating with factories for production
• Presenting unique and innovative ideas in team meetings

Requirements:

At least 5+ years of design experience in swim

Bachelor’s degree in fashion preferred

Well-rounded design knowledge with a strong understanding of cut and sew construction and fit

Advanced proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop

Ability to lead and motivate a team

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of prioritization

Walmart experience a big plus
