Job description
Russ Hadick Associates has partnered with a premier Prime Contractor in Civil Construction located in Richmond IN.
RHA has placed candidates with this client and they are decisive and quick to respond. Provide Resume and 3 Professional References (supervisors or vendors).
Process -
RHA will conduct initial phone screen with candidates- and schedule in person from there. Will schedule in person interview on or after Interview process is 1 video call
1 in person meeting following RHA Phone Screen.
Must Pass Background Check, Reference Check, and Drug Screen.
Offer follows within 5 business days post in person interview. They usually offer within 2 days if not in person on the spot.
DUTIES-
- CORE RESPONSIBILITY- Attention to detail in 3 week look ahead schedules
- Oversee Earthwork construction projects, such as Mass Grading, Drainage and Pipe Installation, and Private Road construction as well has Heavy Highway work
- Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations
- Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects
- Use design software to annotate and utilize blueprints and plans
- Forecast manpower costs and timelines for projects to stay under budget
- Order materials and handle purchase orders and payments
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, superintendents, and other professionals to determine project needs and requirements
Experience-
Grads with BSCE, BS in Construction Management, Technology, Or Engineering Techology.
Preferred- BSCE or BS Con Management with 10 years experience working with a Civil Construction Contractor.
SKILLS-
- Proficient in HCSS, AGTEK 4D, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office, Autodesk, Trimble TOPCON or Totalstation.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Ability to analyze complex data and solve problems effectively
- Excellent mathematical skills for calculations related to quantities and tracking production
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
