Surgical Technician
Location: Two Rivers, Wisconsin
Schedule: 32–40 hours per week (flexible)
Shift: Monday–Friday with rotating on-call coverage every 6th weekend
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technician to join a collaborative surgical services team in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. This role is essential to maintaining a sterile, safe, and efficient operating room environment while providing hands-on support during surgical procedures. The Surgical Technician works closely with surgeons, circulating nurses, and other perioperative team members to ensure exceptional patient care and smooth surgical operations.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain strict aseptic technique and manage sterile fields during surgical procedures

Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and surgical supplies

Provide intraoperative support, including second-assist duties as appropriate

Perform sterile processing and central supply responsibilities

Ensure compliance with infection control, environmental safety, and disinfection protocols

Anticipate procedural needs and respond efficiently throughout cases

Collaborate with the surgical team to implement and update patient care plans

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication
Education & Certification Requirements
Required Education:

Graduate of an approved Surgical Technician program

Associate degree or higher in Surgical Technology
Required Certifications:

National Surgical Technologist Certification
-
Basic Life Support (BLS / CPR) certification (required within 6 months of hire)
