Excellent sales opportunity representing patented Surgical Infection prevention product portfolio and Industry Leading Biosurgery products to multiple Surgical specialties including: GYN, Thoracic, Colorectal, URO, Ortho. General Surgeons and more. Exciting time as sales product portfolio has expanded and launching new products!
The Territory Manager will be responsible for supporting the product portfolio to physicians, clinicians, materials management. OR Staff, Surgeons, Infection Prevention, Purchasing and other key decision makers as well as grow and maintain business.
Present, educate, and provide in-services on the process/procedure of proper product usage, case coverage.
Bachelor's degree required
A minimum of 3-5 years Strong documented Medical Device sales experience plus prior B2B sales experience in addition is preferred.
Open to: 1-2 years of med device experience with prior B2B sales and knows how to navigate the OR or 4-7 years solid B2B Outside sales no less that is a True Hunter, results oriented with documentation, very hungry to succeed and good with travel.
Documentation of successful sales performance is required.
Must have a Hunter mentality, strong sales numbers/rankings and Hungry to succeed.
The ability to work in an operating room environment is required.
Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills
Must possess and maintain a valid drivers’ license and a clean driving record.
Must poses and maintain a criminal background satisfactory to employer
Proven ability to build strong relationships with Internal Customers – Sales Training, Marketing, National Accounts, Customer Service, Contracts, Field Sales Team and External Customers – KOLs, Surgeons, Physicians, Nurses, and Sourcing.
Understands contract administration and group purchasing.
Must live in the Territory No Relocations!
