Surgical Services Leadership Mentor

Morgan Hunter HealthSearch has an immediate need with a 62-bed acute care hospital with five operating rooms for a Consultant/Mentor to work with their existing Director of Surgical Services. The permanent director is "home grown" and the organization feels she could use some outside guidance, especially as the ORs are not being utilized efficiently. They anticipate the engagement to last approximately four-to-six weeks. The director is over PACU, main OR, Central Sterile/ Sterile Processing, and pre and post.

The right candidate is highly experienced in surgical services leadership with a skill in developing other leaders.
