Highlights/Benefits for Surgical Services Director (RN)

  • The Director, Surgical Services (RN) will manage the strategic direction of the Surgical Services Department including the Operating Rooms, Same Day Surgery, Endoscopy, Pre-Admission, PACU, and Central Sterile
  • Will manage a team of 60+ FTE's and report directly to a dynamic and collaborative Chief Nursing Officer
  • Well supported by a team of three (3) Nurse Managers

Qualifications & Requirements for Surgical Services Director (RN)

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required / Master's degree preferred
  • RN Active License
  • Minimum three (3) years of progressive surgical services/operating room leadership experience at Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services/operating room setting
  • Minimum five (5) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
  • CNOR preferred
  • Transformational and inspirational leadership style
