Key Responsibilities for Surgical Services Director (RN):

• Direct operations for OR, Cath Lab, SPD, Pre-op/PACU, and Echo

• Implement strategies for growth with new surgeons and technology

• Standardize workflows to improve OR throughput and quality metrics

• Lead an experienced management and supervisory team

• Oversee the rollout of a new robotic surgery program

Qualifications of Surgical Services Director (RN):

• BSN required; Master’s preferred (MHA, MBA, MSN)

• 3+ years perioperative leadership experience

• Strong communication and change management skills

• Active RN License – State of NC
