We are seeking a polished Surgical Coordinator for a premier aesthetic surgery practice in Chicago, IL. This position serves as the primary patient liaison from initial inquiry through recovery. This role thrives in client-focused environments with high-end service expectations. A service-oriented, detail-driven, and collaborative hospitality professional with proven ability to manage patient relationships and coordinate complex surgical logistics will excel in this position.
Compensation Package: $50,000 - $55,000, annual commissions $20,000-$30,000++, comprehensive health, dental, and vision, 401k, PTO, and much more!
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetics practice with patient coordination.
• Comfortable working with high-end clientele and providing concierge-level service.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, scheduling software, and HIPAA-compliant platforms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide emotional support to patients.
Responsibilities:
• Primary point of contact for surgical patients from consultation through recovery.
• Facilitate patient intake, coordinate consultations, and assist in treatment plan development.
• Schedule surgical procedures across multiple centers and guide patients through preoperative preparation.
• Maintain ongoing patient communication and support throughout the recovery process.
