Our client is a healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional care to a rural community in Michigan. While situated in a smaller city, the team offers a close-knit and supportive environment with access to post-acute home health and hospital-based services. They are currently seeking a Surgery Technician to join their team.
As a Surgical Technician, you will play an integral role in ensuring the success of surgical procedures by preparing instruments, equipment, and supplies. Your expertise will contribute to a safe and efficient operating room environment, working in collaboration with surgeons, nurses, and the entire surgical team.

Focus:
- Set up and organize instruments, equipment, and supplies for surgical procedures.
- Assist the surgical team during operations, maintaining a sterile environment.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot as necessary.
- Adhere to established protocols to promote patient safety.
Skill Set:
- Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program or equivalent experience.
- Surgical Technologist certification preferred but not required.
- At least one year of surgical experience in an acute care setting is advantageous.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
