We are hiring a Support Analyst to provide technical support for a broad range of time-sensitive technology issues for the company staff, management and clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Configure, install and maintain hardware and software programs
  • Assist with upgrade and integrations
  • Repair and troubleshoot onsite and remotely via remote support applications
  • Maintain a videoconference center where court ordered depositions and multimillion dollar mock trails are conducted

Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in technical support role
  • Excellent performance under pressure
  • Understand of how to support computer, server, network, and phone equipment for 300+ employees
