We are hiring a Support Analyst to provide technical support for a broad range of time-sensitive technology issues for the company staff, management and clients.

- Configure, install and maintain hardware and software programs
- Assist with upgrade and integrations
- Repair and troubleshoot onsite and remotely via remote support applications
- Maintain a videoconference center where court ordered depositions and multimillion dollar mock trails are conducted
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in technical support role
- Excellent performance under pressure
- Understand of how to support computer, server, network, and phone equipment for 300+ employees
