Job Description
The Supply Chain Readiness Advisor will be responsible for getting factories live on SAP guiding them through validating our process, cutover and ramp up. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes, strong leadership skills, communication and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Readiness activities of the Supply Chain function develop a delivery roadmap to ensure successful UAT, OCM activities, and Go-Live Simulation.
- Business validation and simulation: collaborate with our project team and supply chain function to develop a testing strategy covering validation of our process and technology onsite. Deliver a resource planning and socialize approach with stakeholders.
- Training and Development:Design and build training programs to ensure that all manufacturing associates are adequately prepared for the transition to S/4HANA. This includes foundational learning, classroom training, and ongoing coaching and reinforcement
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including site leaders, supply chain managers, SMEs, Galileo team, and IT teams, to ensure alignment and support for the
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the readiness of our processes, data, technology and people.
- Support and Coaching: Provide ongoing support and coaching to site leaders, SMEs, and end users to facilitate a smooth transition and adoption of new processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: At least 15 years of experience in supply chain management, with proven experience in the implement phases of a program (business validation, testing, cutover and transition to steady state. Experience with S/4HANA implementations is a must.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices in manufacturing CPG industry.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute change management strategies.
- Proficiency in training and development methodologies.
- Analytical skills to conduct impact assessments and monitor KPIs.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to multiple manufacturing locations as needed (50%).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in transforming supply chain (manufacturing, warehousing, quality management) organizations
- Advising and hands-on execution of multiple large-scale ERP implementations.
- Project management experience (Six Sgima)
- 15+ years SAP (S/4 HANA and ECC) experience and related supply chain modules.
