Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning & Analytics Team for a nationally recognized specialty retailer who is home to America’s Favorite Fragrances. The company provides high quality candles, bath products, and fragrances in stores throughout the country. The Supply Chain Planner will support the E2E Supply Chain Team by managing the tactical-level planning and analysis for multiple areas of the supply chain with a focus on the distribution network. They will leverage critical thinking and supply chain management principles to problem solve and identify opportunities for improvement. Through the utilization of best-in-class data/analytics/visualization tools to perform descriptive, diagnostic, prescriptive, and predictive analytics they will assist in identifying key insights that allow large data sets to tell a story. Collaboration with others on the team and across various business functions is a must as these planning and analysis efforts will support the operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making process. The ideal candidate has progressed beyond the beginner stage of their career and is ready to join an organization where they can maximize their development and upward mobility. They are intrinsically motivated, creative, and curious with a desire to share insight that helps others.

Background Required:
  • Advanced SQL Experience (3 yrs)
  • Data Engineering
  • Advanced analysis and statistics
  • Ability to data story tell, visualize findings, and identify key insights particularly in the supply chain space
  • Use of statistical analysis on large data sets
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office Suite
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Location: Hybrid – Columbus, OH
