Position Responsibilities:

Lead and manage significant client workstreams or projects within a team of advisory consultants delivering performance improvement to health systems
Determine client needs through effective interviews, data analysis, and engagement statement of work definition
Execute, direct, and oversee data analyses, interpret findings, and develop final recommendations and solutions for client consideration
Develop presentations and deliverables for various client audiences communicating strategy, outcomes, and recommendations
Manage project budget, expenses, and profitability for assigned engagements
Lead day-to-day management of all activities and staff assigned to workstreams including mentoring and education
Participate in risk and issue identification and mitigation alongside project leadership
Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects
Participate in practice development activities and contribute to sales presentation development
Actively listen for market opportunities on current engagements and communicate potential leads internally

Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:

Experience in health systems finance, clinical or operational consulting, strategic planning, or decision support analytics
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful outcomes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to oversee and mentor others in the delivery of client deliverables
Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to senior client audiences

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Master's degree in a relevant field
RN license or other professional clinical licensure
PMP or Lean certification
Background in operational or strategic consulting within healthcare environments
