Sr Supply Chain Manager

A European-based manufacturer is expanding its presence in North America and seeking a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead operations for the U.S. and Canadian markets. As the company transitions leadership and empowers its U.S. team, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive real impact from day one. You'll oversee procurement, warehousing, logistics, and internal operations — building a more agile and self-sufficient supply chain function in close coordination with global leadership.

About the Role

In this key leadership position, you will manage all facets of the North American supply chain, from sourcing and logistics to inventory control and assembly operations. You will work closely with a cross-functional local team and maintain alignment with international operations to ensure smooth product flow, fast order fulfillment, and continuous improvement across processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day supply chain functions across procurement, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and assembly coordination.
  • Supervise and develop a small team of employees across customer service, logistics, and warehouse functions.
  • Partner with global headquarters to align North American operations with international production and delivery timelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with U.S.-based suppliers to enhance sourcing flexibility and cost-efficiency.
  • Use ERP systems and data analysis to optimize inventory turnover, improve lead times, and reduce overstock.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement among staff.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics with attention to regulatory compliance, freight optimization, and import/export procedures.
  • Ensure safety standards, OSHA compliance, and quality control measures are consistently upheld.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics management — in an industry involving physical product assembly or distribution.
  • Adept at working in small-to-mid-sized business environments with hands-on responsibilities.
  • Strong communicator with cross-functional leadership experience.
  • Skilled at ERP systems, vendor negotiations, and process analysis.
  • Proven team builder who can mentor, train, and inspire performance.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Must have a valid passport.
  • Degree preferred, though not required with strong relevant experience.

What You’ll Get

  • Base salary + bonus.
  • Health and dental benefits. Premiums covered by the company.
  • 401(k)
  • PTO
  • Flexible work hours
  • On-site role in the Greater Atlanta area.
