Job Description

  • The Supply Chain Leader will develop and deliver a 3–5-year Global Category Strategy aligned to business and regional needs.
  • Lead global sourcing initiatives including RFX processes, negotiations and contract management.
  • Drive value through total cost of ownership, risk mitigation and supplier consolidation.
  • Establish and lead effective Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) frameworks.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform sourcing and investment decisions.
  • Partner with global and regional leaders across procurement, finance, supply chain and the business.
  • Coach and support regional category managers to ensure consistent execution of global strategies.
  • Define and track category KPIs covering savings, service, innovation and performance.
  • Relocation available. $110K-$140K.
Qualifications
  • The Supply Chain Leader will have 7+ Years experience in global or regional category management, with a strong track record of developing and executing procurement strategies.
  • Commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder, negotiation and leadership skills, and be comfortable operating in a global, matrix organization.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
  • Professional procurement qualification (e.g. CIPS) or postgraduate qualification (desirable).
  • Deep experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and contract management.
  • Strong analytical, influencing and communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insight into tangible business outcomes.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
