We have a great client located in Indianapolis in need of a Supply Chain Manager for their leading packaging operation. The ideal candidate will have the following experience;

• Reporting and forecasting of spend and demand data
• Global Spend data analysis
• Savings database management, reporting and forecasting
• S&OP analysis, support and coordination
• Policies & Procedures, including Sustainability agenda
• Working capital management and reporting
• Supplier Performance Metrics
• Contract management with third parties
• Strategic understanding of sourcing process management and supplier management program
• Build the organization's competitive position through continuous improvement in cost, quality and overall value
• Identify, implement, and track performance of cost saving initiatives
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to negative market trends and potential supply chain risks
• Actively seek and introduce new technologies and advancement in supply chain management that will reduce the overall cost, create continuous improvement and leverage data
• Managing third party Trade Compliance organization
• Support Logistics and Transportation team in analyzing and supporting tenders and results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related Business field of study required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Supply Chain experience of 5+ years.
• Must have excellent computer skills and data mining experience
• Should be proficient and experienced in ERP (Oracle preferred), Excel, PowerPoint and Access databases
• Should be able to run regression and correlation analysis when analyzing data or information
• Must have outstanding organizational skills and follow-up
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously required
• Mindset for cost reduction and process improvement required
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels
• Strong written and verbal communications skills required
