Supply Chain Analyst
Job Description
A dynamic and growing manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join its operations team. This role is responsible for monitoring and optimizing the flow of goods, materials, and information across the supply chain to ensure performance targets and business goals are met. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data analysis, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination. This position also provides backup support to Buyers and Planners as needed.
Responsibilities:

Monitor inventory levels, track material flow, and ensure supply availability to meet production needs

Understand and evaluate supplier lead times, plant processes, and production constraints

Create purchase orders and maintain stock levels, including specialized items like RFID tags
-
Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or risks and propose data-driven solutions

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular performance reports
-
Assist in forecasting and planning functions, including SIOP/S&OP/IBP processes
-
Partner with procurement, production, and inventory teams to streamline operations

Work with suppliers to resolve delivery or quality issues
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives and Lean practices

Perform additional duties and backup support for Buyers and Planners as needed
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
-
2–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments

Prior exposure to SIOP, S&OP, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) preferred
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience strongly preferred

Experience with ERP or MRP systems a plus
