• Travel to suppliers to perform auditing, conduct workshops, problem solving and inspection
• Monitoring supplier performance
• Work closely with QMP and Engineering to find root cause and develop solutions
• Supplier problem clarification and resolution
• Initiate, recommend or provide solutions to non-conformities
• Assist setting up Supplier receiving inspection criteria in SAP
• Dimensional support (or receiving inspection and FPI approval)
• Line return (zero hour failure) analysis
• Regular communication with all suppliers for returned parts and product non-conformities
• Cooperation with assembly and production groups as necessary
• Performs all other duties as necessary
