Supervising Pediatric Physical Therapist

What You’ll Do

- Evaluate pediatric patients and create individualized plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
- Supervise and mentor PTAs and physical therapy students
- Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and care teams to drive outcomes
- Complete timely documentation using a user-friendly EMR
- Serve as a clinical leader within the PT program

What We’re Looking For

- Licensed Physical Therapist in Oklahoma (or eligible to obtain)
- 3+ years of pediatric physical therapy experience
- Interest in leadership, mentorship, and clinical excellence
- Strong communication skills and team-first mindset
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required (interpreter services available)
