Superintendent

Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Columbus, OH client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Superintendent position. Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Seeking Superintendent experience with commercial construction
• Experience running your own jobs with strong leadership skills
• Must have experience with projects from $2 million in size
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience
• ProLog or Procore experience is a plus
• Ground up and renovation experience

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• A 4 years degree in Construction Management
• Direct experience in preferred fields
• Previous experience running projects up to $40 million
• A desire to do things right the first time
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Understanding of shop drawing
• Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
• Ability to travel

Salary Range: $110-125K
