Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent to join our team. The Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to manage project timelines, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight: Manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordination, and supervision of labor, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Quality Control: Implement and maintain the company’s “Building on Quality” standards, ensuring compliance with ISO quality standards and AISC certification requirements.

Safety Management: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular site inspections to maintain a safe working environment.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.

Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating labor, equipment, and material deliveries to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively, offering alternative solutions to maintain project functionality and aesthetics while meeting client goals.

Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, and quality control records, ensuring transparency and compliance with company standards.

Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while ensuring skilled labor is effectively utilized.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a construction superintendent or similar role, with a proven track record of managing complex construction projects.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
