Project Superintendent – Heavy Civil / Sitework / Utilities / Commercial
Idaho $120,000 – $140,000+ DOE Full Benefits + Bonus + Growth Opportunity

Are you an experienced Construction Superintendent looking for your next big opportunity? We’re hiring a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on heavy civil, highway, commercial site development, underground utility, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage crews, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day field operations on civil, commercial, site development, and utility projects

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and self-perform crews

  • Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct daily inspections

  • Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with plans & specs

  • Track progress, labor, equipment, and costs to keep projects on schedule

  • Maintain daily logs and provide project status updates

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience as a Project Superintendent / Site Superintendent in heavy civil, highway, or commercial/industrial construction

  • Strong background in earthwork, underground utilities, concrete, or aviation fueling systems (preferred)

  • Proficient with project software: Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project, Excel/Word

  • OSHA 30 certification required (First Aid/CPR and PMP preferred)

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
