Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Supervising all project budgets and schedules
• Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
• Providing attention to detail and organizational skills

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• Must have 3-10 years of experience as a Superintendent
• Experience overseeing projects in the health care and/or higher education industry.
• Experience working at OSU would be preferred
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Direct experience with projects ranging from $5-30million

Salary Range: $90-120K
